

Into the Mist, chap. 2One night, Mathew awoke from a tumultuous dream. Feint and fleeting shadows plagued him and prevented the boy from returning to sleep. Slipping out of the warmth of his bed, he trod across the carpeted floor, newly lain with toy caltrops after a noble attempt the previous evening of disarmament. Though caution slowed him, the chill of the room pressed him faster.Into the Mist, chap. 2
Opening his door and entering the hallway, he crept over the hardwood floor to Vivians room. An inviting glow issued from the crack near the threshold and fingered its way outward across the dark hallway and up the walls and the banister of the stairway.

Click. A light-switch flipped and flooded a messy childs room with electric light.
A warm lump fell onto Mathew Atwood as he lay in a cocoon of blankets one chilly December morning. Blake He moaned sleepily, weakly pushing the large cat through the covers. He rolled over and clutched the blankets forward. He loathed what came next. Time to get up. A voice permeated the warm layers from across his room and made Mathew cringe. Gripping the comforters as best he could and tensed his legs. Soon a hand would rip back

I think my coloring is my strong point. The prologue page looked like crap as a line art, but after coloring the first panel fricken rocks. The secound panel not so much, as the corner pictures may be too vague.
